General Policies

• Children must be at least 4 years old to be admitted to a public show.
• Shows start on time. No one is admitted into the planetarium after a show has started (by order of the Fire Marshal).
• Theater doors open 10 minutes prior to show time.
• For your safety, there is no re-admittance if you leave during a show.
• The planetarium is a dark environment with overhead motion & occasional loud sounds during a show. It is not recommended for guests who are sensitive to such conditions.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children cannot be left unattended in the planetarium.

What keeps galaxies together? What are the building blocks of the Universe? What makes the Universe look the way it does today?

Researchers all around the world are trying to answer these questions. We know today that most of the Universe is filled with a mysterious glue: dark matter. We know it's out there, but we have no idea what it's made of. This show takes you on the biggest quest of contemporary astrophysics.

You will see how we know dark matter exists and how this search is one of the most challenging & exciting science has to offer!
